When i heard the Sad News of Micks passing , it churned up all sorts of memories that we both shared ...We've had some good laughs along the way . We've had some hairy moments too !! It was a long Friendship from the late 70s till present day , Although with Micks itchy Feet lol he has been on his travels for a good time ...but any time he came back we always meet up had a good catch up etc and but over the last few years it derwindled a bit the messages got less and calls etc and then he would pop up again lol ...its fair to say some ailments were getting the better of us both !! And then I rang Micks friend after some.info ...to be told Ayy Micks here in Hospital. And I was shocked and I said I will try and get up to QE to surprise him but Ill health took hold and never made it and Sharon got hold of me with the bad news ...gutted tbh ...and then today with deep regret could not be there to be part of Micks Final Fairwell ...but Mick was done proud by his Daughter's. ..an intamate send off which, knowing Mick as I do wouldn't have been Bothered as long as who was there and a few more would have been well chuffed. .so Good bye Sir a good Friend that will never be forgotten R I E P
